Microsoft Visio is a software used in order to organize and compute thoughts in a clear concise fashion. This is definitely something that our company would greatly value. Especially considering the fact that communicating with our customers efficiently is something we take much pride in.

That would be the fact that Visio helps create a professional look. Professional diagrams are an crucial part of documenting as well as communicating in business. Visio has a professional look. There are pre-formated and already created templates that help you accomplish your goal. The basic quick visuals are very clear, clean, and easy to read or explain to a client. There are different categories on Visio depending on the job you want to get done. There are so many charts and diagrams for the business category. Here are a few; brainstorming diagrams (also known as mind maps), organization charts, pivot diagram, audit diagram, basic flowchart, cause and effect diagram (Pareto diagrams), charts & graphs, cross functional flowcharts,data flow diagram, and so much more. 

Visio is a simple and easy way to formulate our thoughts onto a program in order to communicate our thoughts in a visual manner. Visio is definitely the product we need. Especially in an industry were communicating our thoughts efficiently and effectively in a business manner is crucial.
